It's Okay to Be Lazy, Right?
What happens when you just can't manage it? Enter the Lazy Days wardrobe. It's not exactly the I've completely given up on life special since they are acceptable to wear in public if need me. Sometimes you just need to go buy junk and Rosé at the store, right? These are my favorite things to wear when I'm just lazy and not looking forward to putting effort into choosing an outfit.
Trend Report: 'Woven' Bags
I'm a little skeptical of the woven bag trend. I see the appeal. It's summer and they just scream summer. They are the perfect beach bag. Some of them even look like cute little baskets. They have come back in style time and time again. They are classics, and there are so many different options.
(Even More) Who What Wear @ Target
The collection's goal is to be trendy, chic and street style ready pieces. The latest release has a lot of really on trend colors and fabrics. I'm talking florals, yellow, and even classic stripes. There are plenty of summer-centric items like the summer blouse and beach dress (which seems flirty and warm weather ready). They've added even more accessories and shoes this go around.
Trend Report: Ring Bags
Ring bags are kinda one of those things that just appear once and then take off like wildfire. The rings first began appearing on the incredibly popular Chloe Faye bags and all over their runway shows. Ever since other brands and designers have taken notice and the bag is here to stay...for now anyway.
Denim Shorts 2 Ways
Fact: the last time I genuinely chose to wear normal shorts was in 8th grade. Yes, 10+ years ago and really because I was obsessed with my Abercrombie & Fitch collection of possibly too short shorts. Eventually as an angsty teen I decided to wear the most unflattering longer shorts and I truly wish I could forget this time of my life.
What I'm Wearing
A way back somehow (I'm not very sure how) I began receiving the Goop email newsletter. A long with links to interesting stories on their website the offer tips and tricks, how-to's and product recommendations on fashion and style. At the very end of the newsletter there's a section of clothing and accessories they currently love. I think it's pretty cool because what they choose often puts together a really chic outfit with clickable links to buy.
