10 Soups for Chilly Nights
I’m not proud of how much roasted tomato soup and grilled cheese I ate last fall/winter. I’m also not proud of the fact it took me far into adulthood to actually appreciate tomato soup. I love a good soup on a freezing cold day. So much so when I really am feeling like I need soup, I’ll try to make do with whatever I’ve got on hand. Trust me, that has had mixed results. I’ve already made a spinach tortellini soup that was pretty darn amazing, but now I’m on the hunt for more. So here are 10 soups I can’t wait to make on chilly nights this year.
